It starts by completely covering all floors and surfaces (all wood/LVP/tile floors get plastic + drop cloths for 2-part protection), then using an EPA-approved wallpaper removal solution and perforator tools. Once it is all removed, we clean the walls with TSP, and let them fully dry, prior to using an oil-based primer, letting it cure first- then we carefully inspect and repair all of the drywall fully, sand, spot prime, and paint 2 full coats. When we are done, your walls will look brand new, like wallpaper was never there! :)
